Services
We offer a wide variety of services
across the whole spectrum of process change which are represented by our
LOOT Process Change Framework. An engagement may require a single service
or multiple services to be provided.
We will be happy to explain any of our
services to you in more detail - please contact
us to discuss your requirements.
The LOOT Process
Change Framework
The LOOT Framework looks at change from
four viewpoints. We believe that consideration must be given to some
aspects from all these viewpoints within a change programme to achieve the
successful implementation of the required change.
The
Leadership Viewpoint
looks at the business issues that must be addressed by the change e.g.
ensuring that the change contributes to the business goals and drives the
business forward in line with the stated strategy.
The Organisational
Viewpoint looks at how the change will affect the structural aspects
of the business i.e. how a business function is organised to perform work
in terms of management and staffing, facilities, human resources policy
and practices, and the company culture i.e. the interaction between people
within the business.
The Operational
Viewpoint looks at the ways in which the change will affect how the
business works in terms of the business processes and operational
procedures used to run the business. This viewpoint includes the
management of the data and information used by business processes and
quality issues.
The Transitional
Viewpoint looks at what needs to be done in order to implement the
change in terms of managing the change, the development of the business
solution and the development of a technical solution, if required, in
terms of hardware, software, communications and facilities.
The AnaConn
Advisor
The AnaConn Advisor describes some of the
principles on which the services we provide are based. Managing Business
Change is about the principles of the overall LOOT Framework and each
Viewpoint has an advisory document of its own. Read
